History
Rebuilt after a landslide in 1395. The upper parts of the west tower date from 1567.
Bells
Three bells formerly hung for full circle ringing but now for swing chiming. The second bell has lost its crown and is held together with iron plates.

Frame and Fittings
Formerly hung from traditional ringing fittings in a wooden frame. Traditional stays and sliders, clock hammer on the tenor and Ellacombe hammers to all three. Crudely made wheels. The bells are now hung from new wooden headstocks with wooden chiming levers and with ball bearings. The bells are tucked up to allow for easier swing chiming.
